On the afternoon of May 30th, a delegation of industry experts visited the ZWG electric drum motor Dongguan factory production base for a tour, inspection, and exchange. They learned about the current development status and innovative achievements of Zhaowei Industry, and discussed the development trends and challenges of smart logistics and the conveying industry. Xie Weiqun, the general manager of Suzhou Zhaowei Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., along with leaders from various departments of the company, warmly received the visiting group of experts.

The visiting expert group toured various workshops, including dust-free injection molding, PCBA, machine processing, powder metallurgy, high-precision gears and motor assembly, electric drum production assembly, and testing, as well as intelligent three-dimensional warehouses. The production workshops are equipped with advanced technology and precision manufacturing, ensuring high reliability and efficient performance, which guarantees the stability and precision requirements of the production process. Automated equipment integrates intelligent control systems to achieve automated production, improve production efficiency, and ensure a high level of product quality. 

On May 30th, General Manager Xie Weiqun and heads of various departments showcased to the expert group the entire process of ZWG electric drum motors, from the manufacturing of professional drive components to the automated assembly line. They demonstrated the efficient and precise laser welding and SMT equipment, as well as the safe and reliable gear transmission systems. The tour included visits to the drum part workshop, the complete machine test laboratory, and the incoming material control to the finished product inspection areas. ZWG continues to strengthen its hardware capabilities, enhancing the reliability, durability, and high quality of each product from multiple aspects such as processing precision, production technology, quality control, and application testing, while ensuring a fast and stable delivery period.

Ke Shanyao, the R&D Manager of Zhaowei Industry, showcased several independently developed technologies and practical application cases of electric drum motor products to the participants. These innovative achievements received high praise from the experts present, highlighting the company's strong R&D capabilities and technical strength in innovation.

Breakthroughs in automatic loading and unloading technology, high-speed item recognition technology, and automatic separation and loading and unloading technology are promoting the overall development of distribution centers/sorting centers towards unmanned operation.
